My name is Joe Elder and I have been guiding for over 20 years. My main goal is to have a safe and successful hunt. Our unique rustic lodge and patio provides an atmosphere of an old hunting lodge with modern amenities. We take great care and preperation in all of our food. Such meals include, Cabrito, Tenderloin, Italian Salmon and the best B.B.Q. in Uvalde County. Our banquet room has an atmosphere of a 5 star restaurant. If you come to Elderado for a personal hunt or to entertain your clients to the highest level, we are your outfitter. Repeat business is important to us and we want you to come back year after year. Discounts can be obtained for multi hunts.
