Our Lake House in Del Rio was built in 1991. It was built on one of
the few legal building sites on Lake Amistad. Fortunately for us, it
also happened to be the best building site on the entire lake. It has
full walking access to a private beach. The boat ramp is a 5 minute
drive with a convieince store on the way. It is 9 minutes from town.

From Wal-Mart stay on Hwy. 90 W. for 2 miles. At the “Y” (277N and Hwy. 90 W.) stay left on Hwy. 90 W. for 2 more miles. Exit Spur 454 (large brown sign) and take a right into San Pedro Canyon Estates. Follow the road for 2.2 miles and go left at the “Y” which is Blue Ridge St. Follow Blue Ridge to the end of the street. The road dead ends at my gate. It is the only house with a key pad entrance.
